Doctors are very good and helpful but Reception staff unhelpful even manager same as well. Very rude. Reception staff member took off my online pharmacist registration for my kids without my permission. When I ask why do that she was rude no explanation she didn’t sort out my problem. Then I ask to talk manager. She came after long waiting but she don’t want to listen me also same unhelpful rude.

Worst receptionist , avoid this surgery the staff at the reception are unhelpfull and horrible. Never coming back

My mun suffers from angina and diabetes for which she is on repeat prescription but the prescription is never ready and she is left without her medicine and the receptionist are rude and they always have excuse for not having the prescription ready .so disappointing because mum has been with this doctor for a very long time .

Very friendly and helpful staff and doctors. This is what NHS is about.

I have no words to praise the receptionist Michelle . She was so prompt and quick helping me registering to the GP and book a doctors appointment. Just a woww. Really helpful. We need staffs like her. !!!

One star only because you cant go any lower, WORST surgey ever, even the reception is either rude or will never take your call - should be shut down by NHS, taxes on our very hard earned cash is going down the drain with these guys

I have been a patient for over 18 years. And I would never change doctors. The treatment I have received is first class. All the staff and doctors at the surgery are great. Thank you to all at ailsa Craig. You are a credit to the NHS. I am glad to be a patient at the best doctors in the Area.

Sending pics and message no Doctors want to see at clinic just phonic and refer 111 or go to hospital.....Covid19 .....develop few good and more bad habbits ?

I have been a patient of the practice, that was initially on Stockport Road for over 35 years. The service my family and i have received has been second to none. Dr Nanavati has been my gp for tge majority of those years, he has been an amazing doctor. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I will miss Dr Nanavati but i am sure the great service will continue. Thank you everyone
