We have bought our first house through e&k few years back, Now i have moved out and again we used e&k everything went very well raza explained everything before hand about lease as it was leasehold which estate agent and seller never told us. I would highly recommend them to anybody as my two experiences was brilliant and very professional.

We would definitely recommend Andrea at E & K Solicitors. She has dealt with a purchase and just recently a sale for us. Both transactions were carried out quickly and efficiently. She was quick to respond to all queries via email and phone. She gave us regular updates throughout. Her price was also very competitive. Definitely 5* firm.

Truly dreadful - I’d recommend that you do not touch this company. Andrea made an error during a house move that caused the chain to stall. She then refused to apologize or speak to the families with young children that she left homeless for 2 nights. She has also refused to repay any expenses that were incurred by the poor families involved. Completely unprofessional. In my opinion you can do better....

Bought my first home with Andrea and Natalie- the two ladies that run this place are bloody brilliant. Natalie works as the legal admin and has incredible customer service and a brilliant memory! Andrea is thorough, stays in touch and extremely reasonable in price. She made sure nothing was overlooked, as I was buying a leasehold house this was super important, she also emailed me with regular updates. Andrea was fast and knowledgable. I will 100% use her again! I found her off google reviews and I am so so glad I went with her.

We've bought and sold a few houses over the years and tried various solicitors. Andrea at E&K solicitors was a breath of fresh air. She was both efficient and very diligent in her work. Her replies to emails would be within minutes. She would explain the whole house buying process in plain and simple English and outlined all potential options at each point. With other solicitors in the past we have found ourselves always chasing for updates and not hearing anything for weeks etc, but with E&K we never had to chase to find out what was happening as she was so efficient with giving updates regularly. Would gladly use this company again.
