Friendly service..Very fast would recommend to everyone..

Wish they would call back, it’s a bit like chicken class on air India. But efficient and friendly.

They advertise 10 minutes of free advice and then make phone calls off their own back to bump up the time you’re in there and then slap on a £60 charge for what should of been a yes or no answer, because apparently they are too incompetent to supply that answer without a 20 minute call to someone else, so you’re in there longer than ten minutes and then they demand your money. I will be reporting them to every service that is set up to maintain standards for the public.

to be clear this company were not representing me but as the seller of the property in question their response times in getting back to my solicitor and the many excuses for delaying completion by 10 days beggars belief! Their Client (My buyer) had to physically go to their office to ensure that after 10 days and actually having had his funds for over a week they finally sent across the funds to complete ! Absolutely no regard for their client and certainly none for any other party involved. Shocking service not recommended . By far the worst experience of a house sale I have ever had.

I have used HSK for over 10 years and have found them to be super efficient and extremely knowledgeable. I don’t usually leave reviews but was shocked reading some of the negative comments. I know at least 10 others I have referred to the firm all with satisfactory results. Mr Singh has been established for 30 odd years and has helped people across the city sometimes for free. Definitely recommend this firm.
