Very poor customer service. They cheat with people. We will never use them again. Anyone thinking of taking their service, be very careful.

I felt we had very poor advice and service during our recent house sale and purchase. We would certainly never use Mellors in the future. There wasn’t any interest in understanding our concerns by Mellors over our experience.

The most polite, courteous and helpful estate agent that I have had the pleasure of coming across. Very pleased with the service of every member of staff I interacted with, notably Francesca and Chelsea who have been incredibly helpful so far whilst also being understanding in taking time to explain the buying process which to myself as a first time buyer was a lot to learn. Very pleased with this company so far!
