New Islington Medical Practice manchester

My solicitor requesting a medical report for a claim, since March 2019 till today October 2019 the y are contacting this medical practice with no luck, it comes to the point which they ask me to requested personally, its been over 2 weeks i am chasing up and all they do is transferring from one to another, i have been told the person who is responsible for it called Audrey, however, whoever is responsible not helping, i waled 3 times so far and all they say we will email it to you, absolutely liers. i don't understand why they are so lazy to do a single job done.

Rudest reception staff I have ever encountered. I understand that you have a lot of people to deal with but being treated as a nuisance from the off, especially when feeling awful is very upsetting.

Had a very positive experience at this practice over the past year, especially with Dr. Ayton who has always been professional, helpful and courteous. Only dropped star for long waiting times for an appointment.

avoid, rudest staff ever, i recorded them with spy camera in my pocket and i am opening complain investigation, over 3 month i am asking for medical report and they playing, a horrible lazy person called Audrey seems is responsible and she do nothing at all

There are some good doctors. To get an appointment with those you have to wait some weeks or have them call you back within 48 hours. Some of the reception staff could need some training. They are not overly friendly and often at a loss. You bounce off, are asked to call again another day and again, each time getting a differ information and finally you ask the doctor to call you back.

Shocking service. Called. 3 times about the same problem and been told every time that a doctor will call me but they never do so it’s really hard to get anything done with this practise. All you told every time is someone will call you but they never do. Absolutely useless. You would expect a better service when dealing with peoples health

Worst practice ever had an accident a week ago and have tried to get an appt on three occasions and yet I am still denied /really would go to the other practice or go somewhere else /I was in a and e and yet I still dont deserve 5 mins of your time

Had a quick question about when I would get my second Covid jab. Rang up the practice and was helped by a lady named Janet, very friendly, reassuring and quick service. Thank you!

Fantastic practice. Great care and efficient service

Thought I'd leave a review as I've been coming here for eight years now and can't recommend enough. The reception has always been polite, friendly and knowledgable. Dr's are just excellent, caring, and, most importantly, get you sorted or refer you to the appropriate specialists. To date, the practice has helped me with a multitude of things from general sickness, physio referrals even bereavement and personal health problems; 100% top place. Plus its a modern centre which is always nice to wait in. I've never had a problem, and I've been here plenty of times, I don't know anyone here personally, just that they care and do a good job.
