Rude uninformed staff. Was told because my BMI was 30 I was obese. I'm a weight lifter - so naturally carrying more weight than a "normal" person.. She didn't seem to care and told me to watch my portion sizes despite being a hefty lady herself. Went for a blood test and nurse barely even looked at me let alone speak. Just inserted the needle without warning. The whole building is squalid and dank and the staff really couldn't care less. Avoid.

Good GPs practice. Very efficient and reliable. It has been thirty six years with this GP practice.

Very ill mannered staff. Save yourself getting badly treated from these and registered elsewhere!

Doctors are cold with a poor bedside manner. Don't listen to your concerns and always want to rush you out. The receptionist are rude and unhelpful. Don't feel cared for.

Great service, staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I've never had an issue with wait times and it's fairly easy to get an appointment. Much better than my previous GP's

I’m giving one star because I can’t give. Zero. First of all the receptionist are so rude and so unhelpful and very hostile. The doctors are absolutely careless. Worst place ever.

The first think , my wife was pregnant on 23 weeks, we rang to find a midway , they promised to call back. My daughter is two months old already , still haven't call from medical centre . Ive rang today to find a help , I've been booked for a call appointment from 12 to 12:30 , unfortunately nobody rang me back . Very poor service :((

I have been a patient at this practice for 18 years now. Two of my children have complex health needs and disabilities, I myself have number of chronic illnesses that often require urgent treatment. It has rarely been a week that has passed ,that one of us didn't require to see a doctor or a nurse at this practice. I and my children have always been treated with utmost respect, compassion, kindness and great care and empathy by all of the staff at David Medical Centre. Dr Rizvi is an amazing doctor, he is so experienced, so knowledgeable so patient with my disabled boys. I trust him with my and my children's lives, I couldn't ask for a better doctor or better medical care. I can't remember all other doctors names but all of them treated us with courtesy and respect. The reception staff are always helpful, kind and cheerful. I honestly couldn't ask for a better GP practice or staff to treat me and my children. I am deeply grateful to all the staff there for their kindness and help, I would honestly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for good , caring professional staff and good medical care.

Dont like this doctors surgery they don't diagnose you properly, they don't listen when you request certain times to call you and refuse to call you back. Certain staff can be very rude and disrespectful when they talk to you, often they hang up on you.

Bad services, I do not recommend it, and no one answers the phone and is always busy, as if the handset was raised, I changed my registration to another center and I will transfer my daughters and my husband to another, they are very bad in the service, they do not answer the calls and when they answer the calls , they say there are no appointments.
