Receptionist have no manners they think they own the place. The pakistani women think there in pakistan speaking in their language about patient's not knowing people can understand what their saying. There is a young black woman speaking bad about a senior patient maybe their all in the wrong job or doing it to pass time. A disgrace of a practice.

Run down place, never will come back there again. Staff (receptionists and doctors) have no care in the world about the patients. Very rude, not professional, dated knowledge!

Worst clinic ever. I would give it zero stars if I could. Staff are rude- lose your prescription and your test results. They also aren't competent enough to handle any basic information so they just stare at you like they can't understand. Cannot get an appointment for weeks. The phone is always engaged so if you are asking for emergency appointment- forget it. Doctors are no better, you see a different one every time- so if you have a medical condition you have to explain your whole medical history again and again. Would not recommend, worst experience ever.

Absolutely terrible service, been calling them since 8am due to my 2 year old severely ill, theirs phones had been going engaged. Just popped into the surgery at 9am and they go their systems are down, theirs no point answering phones if we cant book anything in. you need to go to the walk in centre at the hospital which is almost 5 mile away. We cant do anything. Staff are sat idle relaxing sipping their teas. Worst customer service ever!!

Incredibly incompetent. Go somewhere else. Called regarding being barely able to walk, and then was told to take paracetamol. And wait 7 more days.... General doctors and staff are rude and do no listen.

The worst GP ever existed! Customer service very poor. The receptionist has no manners and it’s very rude. They’re a shame to the NHS! They don’t want to help at all! Change your job girls if you hate it! It’s simple as that!!!! Let someone who cares about people sit in your chair! Someone needs to report them I see too many reviews here so I mustn’t be the only one thinking this way. Michelle was the only one that always was willing to help and I thank you this way!

Poor website, still can't get through on the phone in less than 15 mins. At least they have changed the greeting message on the phone, which is more helpful than before! They change repeat prescription without consultion!

If you are looking for a GP surgery in Old Trafford go anywhere else but here. Even if it's inconvenient to go to a GP further away you will be doing yourself a huge favour. This surgery is the most apathetic and unprofessional place and should be avoided at all cost. I've been in petrol stations with kinder staff than here.
