This place is awful. I was told I would be called one day and wasn't, and didn't get any contact at all for 6 weeks when I got a off-hand "sorry I didn't call you back" email. It's what I've come to expect from the NHS and everyone involved in the case. It's clear I'm expected to go this alone

This is an absolutely incredible place with amazing staff who go above and beyond. Every step of the way they support and care for you in an extremely sensitive and understanding manner, often with difficult circumstances. I couldn’t have asked for any more, an absolute credit to Manchester. Thank you.
