I have made 4 calls to the Swinton shop, 2 messages on the answer phone requesting a call back. Spoke to member of staff who seemed to be helpful but was unavailable to give me details as promised. Made a further call, waited 5 minutes only to be told to leave my details AGAIN. Made another phone call and was told the original member of staff I spoke to was now busy. Was promised a call back. 2 days and 4 calls later, still not had a response.

never anyone available to answer my question, ive just rang up and told someone would have to ring me back.there is never enough staff and always waiting when i go in there for long periods of time but the women who are there are really nice and i think if they was given more staff then all the delays wouldnt happen and it would be a brilliant thomas cook.i will update shortly and let you no how long i had to wait or if i had to ring back.... no one even rang me back.still not enough staff,i think thats why people are not taking there business to them which is a shame as all of my family used to use thomas cook.one thing good about here is the staff are very nice and polite and its not there fault, thomas cook need to send more staff there and then let the public no that as well so they can start getting there business's back up and running
