One star is one too many for the level of incompetence, uselessness, and unresponsiveness this company displays. They do not answer phone calls nor email correspondence. If you want anything from them, you should set at least an entire working day aside to get through to them. I would definitely NOT recommend using them. You have been warned!

Called as an university of Sussex employee. They are our official travel agency. They refused to handle my South African visa suggesting that it needs to be done in person. Sure, I can go in person for appointment, but didn't quite understand why a travel agent won't be able to handle the online application and help with the document list for the applicant.
