We popped into store yesterday with no clue where we wanted to go. The lady was very helpful and showed us some lovely hotels and knew exactly what we was looking for. Although we didn’t book a holiday through the store we did come home and book a holiday to one of the hotels shown to us in store.

Was interested in a holiday and asked the rep to send us details by email. No information received and a follow up call was not given, despite being told I would receive one. Poor after sales or follow up service.

Customer Service is poor in terms of web chat - takes more than 35 minutes to get a response. Customer Service is poor in terms of telephone number - takes more than 40 minutes to get a response. Direct Debit bounced due to change of banks and as a result I have had to pay upfront even though it was agreed I could continue payment as I have had a positive 8 month, 1 month negative but supported by the bank. In all I am not happy with the service. Its better to be dealt with by stores, keep away from other phone, web chat and email as nothing gets done. Staff are more lovely in person and want to do all possible to help.
