Have been here many times. Tonight was the British finals and the racing was amazing as always. The stadium really is the greatest in the UK. Purpose built with a huge investment sum and council funding and it shows. Arguably one of the best speedway tracks in the world. Long straights for bursts of glorious speed and wide perfect corners present the riders with ample opportunities to battle it out. The North stand provides seated viewing with a close up of the starting gates and sit down dining if desired and booked in advance. The South stand is standing only and provides the grittier up close and loud experience. You can move places in this stand to get a close up view of riders coming out of the 2nd bend or into the 3rd with the fast straight in between. Prices are stadium prices and unless you book the sit down meal you get stadium quality drinks and food. I can't recommend speedway and especially speedway at this stadium enough. Suitable for all the family with friendly crowds. No need to wait for the next major event, the track is home to Belle Vue Aces and colts so racing can be seen most weeks. Just check the Internet for dates. Can't wait until my next visit!

Newish stadium that is well kept and like most ststiums, not really built for larger framed people! On larger events make sure that you visit the refreshment stand early on as the queues can be long.

Another great night at the NSS, young riders trying to move up the path of their dreams. There may have not had world class riders on show but the kids try to entertain. Fantastic to see a couple of young girls taking part. Let's not forget that every person in sport has to start somewhere in their quest to climb the ladder of their chosen sport. Every track should be made to have a meeting of this sort during the season to encourage youngsters to give to follow their dreams. To the riders who went home battered and bruised, good luck and hope to see you up and about racing soon.

The Speedway is amazing. The facilities for the paying public are not so good. Not enough refreshment areas open. Travelled a long way and wanted a hot drink, we were thrown out of the upstairs bar by a very rude security man said we had to book, we only wanted a drink.
