I’ve been there couple of times I would happily give them 5 stars. Because the guys who works there including manager and staffs, they work so hard, very selflessness,friendly I saw they and helping everyone out I could tell they make things easier than what it should be Well done

Staff are really nice and helpful. However, they don't show respect to the time, they stated on their website that they start at 9:15 but actually they never start work before 11:00, they spend almost an hour and half having their breakfast while people are waiting to be served. Very unprofessional I have to say.

Today I went with my husband to get his visa and they was all helpful. He has his visa with an 15min which is so quick and all staff was so good, very friendly and respectful.

Alhamdulillah a very pleasant experience. All Q's and queries were answered in detail. Nice to see happy faces (zayd and Esra) willing to help. Other consulates should follow in their footsteps. No hesitations in giving 5 *'s. Thank you
