The most horrific unprofessional accountants I have ever come across. Pay them for services and they simply don’t do what they have agreed. Failure to submit my personal tax return that resulted in me being left with heavy fines and interest from HMRC. Upon ringing sue the director and owner she simply washed her hands of this issue and refused to help by emailing HMRC to notify them it was Lloyd’s fault it wasn’t submitted via vague emails not asking me to sign anything. Also they agree a price per annum for a job then add 2k onto the bill without asking prior left me horrified at what they get away with on other clients accounts. AVOID At all costs. Legal action has been taken against the company and the director.
