I lost my Father, Mr Harvey Brown at the end of last year, I found all the lovely members of staff to be so very helpful and sympathetic at this time of great sadness. With the help of all staff my Father had a lovely send off, and all requests made by me went above and beyond what I asked for. Thank you all very much for making a sad time easier. When I my dad passed away in February this year I chose heathcoats to do his funeral. They were the nicest kindest people i could have asked for to look after him they made sure everything was perfect and he was very well looked after they made a very traumatic time that bit easier. Even after the funeral was over they continued to look after us they put my dads ashes in his urn for me and we have even been back to buy little ashes pot for my children and they said they will put the ashes in for us when they arrive. They go above and beyond for you and I couldn't thank them enough.

Heathcotes provided a phenomenal and loving service, from start to finish. They went above and beyond and with being a family, they were open and honest with how everything would happen running up to the funeral itself and then on the actual day the team were exceptional and extremely professional. They looked after my sister until the day of her burial with the utmost respect and myself and my family will forever be thankful and grateful for that. Nothing was too small of a task for them and they went above and beyond to make sure my sister had the send off she deserved! Excellent service from all who works there. We have just come home from a rememberance evening, at Gorton Monestry. With all our heart we would recommend this lovely family. Seen to our event need. The service tonight was excellent, we didn't have a long service at mum's funeral, because of COVID. But tonight made up for it, our mum would of been proud that we done tonight for her. A massive thank you to the lovely staff at Heathcote's who were all amazing in helping to plan our mom's funeral. We had the funeral last week and everything went great and better than expected and we gave our mom the send off she deserved. Even our interactions with Heathcote's after the ceremony, to collect the ashes etc, was all smooth. The fact that they live streamed her service and have said they will keep it online at our request, is the icing on the cake for this lovely business. They gave us the most fair quote out of 8 which we got and they were the best choice for us. Would recommend to anyone.

A lovely , caring and understanding family run business. Heathcotes helped my family through a very difficult time and helped to give my grandma a lovely and dignified send off. They were fantastic from start to finish and myself and my family cannot thank them enough for everything they did.
