So... the first time we ordered from here the food was absoloutly lovely, couldn’t have faulted it. Turned up on time, piping hot. Thought let’s order again! Tonight we placed our order at about 7.50. Estimated an hour delivery, that’s fine we thought we don’t mind waiting! It got to the time it was supposed to arrive and just eat let us know that the delivery was on its way.. a little late but that’s fine it happens! It got to around 9pm and the food wasn’t here.. we called.. it’s a little difficult to find our flat so this was understandable... queue the man on the phone ‘calling’ the driver to check as he has made me aware he has left and is on his way! He will call if he can’t find us! It gets to 10past 9... no food still.. call again! Am told on the phone that the delivery driver is having difficulty finding us and will give us a call to get directions... another 10 minutes go by... still no call. So this time I get my boyfriend to call and complain that the food is now half an hour late.. apparently the driver only left 5 minutes ago. Even though I’ve been told he left half an hour before and was having difficulty finding us. We call again at 35 past 9. Different guy on the phone, tells us he’s going to call the driver but has to hang up to do so, which tells me that when I was told previously they were calling the driver, they were lying as they had to hang up to call him. We still get no call. Now it’s been 2 hours since we ordered. I’m not even going to bother writing about the food, honestly just don’t bother. Don’t even waste your time. Despicable service, constant lies.

Pathetic food. Just see tomato puri in all the dishes. Even Paneer Butter Masala is sweet. If you are looking for something spicy change the restaurant. They serve worst possible indian food.

A good quality indian takeaway for an area that has many poor ones. This place's best quality is that it seems to be using fresher ingredients than many. This might be due to high turnover, perhaps? They might not hit every dish on the nose in terms of authenticity and complexity but this place is good value for money.

It's just amazing, not oily/greasy as other take-away. We order twice in a week from there and both times the delivery and the quality was outstanding. Also, when they say something is hot or spicy, you can be 100% sure it is.

The complaints about their delivery are real. The food is average on its own and varies I suppose it varies a bit. However, their delivery is awful. It took us 2h to get the food. The estimated time by car between our flat and the restaurant is 8 minutes, it took them around 40 min. to deliver.
