I have never rated a restaurant this bad. If there’s a zero star, I’d give it with no hesitation

I have never rated a restaurant this bad. If there’s a zero star, I’d give it with no hesitation. We walked and waited to be seated. What annoyed me the most is the fact that the staff were looking at us but never approached us. Then after 20 minutes of seeing us and ignoring us, they said we can’t have you in a very cold and ingenue manner. This is my last time to come. If they were polite, even with the fact that I didn’t book, I’d be ok. But they weren’t welcoming and weren’t friendly.
