I wish I could give 0 stars. Dropped a 2 piece suit off on Thursday evening with the promise that it would be ready to collect on Saturday. Turn up before 3:30pm on Saturday (Closing time is 4pm) and the shop is closed with the shutters down. I am moving to Oxford tomorrow and start a new job on Monday... It would be really nice if I had a suite to wear! AND now I have to somehow find and buy a new suit that fits me, ON A SUNDAY. Coming from someone that understands the importance of fundamental customer service (Like not going home before closing hours, because you know a customer is coming to collect an item). This is THE worst customer service I have EVER experienced.

The guy in the shop was intentionally vague about when I could pick up the duvet I left to get cleaned. Only saying 'next week sometime', the shop was then closed every weekday and the phone just rings off the hook even when they're open.

Kevin Moore is a fraudulent person who tried to cheat on shop and after an unsuccessful effort, has taken revenge by giving a false review.

Took my wallet when I left it on the counter while I zipped my suit bags up and then they refused to give it back. Had to call police. Worst experience ever!
