My mother of the bride dress was altered by Lisa. It was perfect. Id already taken it to a tailors in town who had badly altered it. Lisa reversed what they had done and refitted it for me.

**AVOID**I would give this place ZERO rating. Terrible service trying to rip people off. Quoted £18.99 to amend a school blazer for shoulders and arms. When my daughter went to pick it up she said it will be an EXTRA 12.99 for the arms . £32 to alter a school blazer that only cost £32. The lady on the phone was Rude. Constantly talking over me! AVOID AT ALL COSTS !

I used this service last week when I needed to have a dress altered for my best friend's wedding. Unfortunately, I was extremely disorganised so I left it until the last minute. Luckily I found the shop and they were super responsive. I messaged them on the Tuesday and they responded straight away. I brought the dress in on the same day and the turnaround was extremely quick - the dress was ready by Friday which was absolutely perfect timing timing. I was really impressed and so grateful for the speed they worked at. The dress alterations themselves were perfect and I had no problems at all on the day with the length of the dress. Would highly recommend.
