NONONONO! took my canada goose body warmer here to be dry cleaned, it has been dry cleaned before. i got my jacket back ruined & even more dirty ! every single one of my front buttons are missing and some have even gone all together. I didn’t get the buttons back. so I could try get it fixed it’s just basically ruined !! I am heart broken £375 down the drain. The staff are horrible not interested wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone !

I was visiting Manchester on business. My hotel recommended that Granada Dry Cleaners might possibly be able to help me out. I not only needed to clean two suits and a few expensive tops, but I had a button pop off one of my favourite Ted Baker shirts. I was worried that an ugly single button would be sewn back in it's place. To my surprise, the staff were absolutely amazing. They reassured me that they'll match the buttons as best they could. Frankly, you can't tell the difference! My suits came out as CRISP as the day I bought them. I could tell my expensive shirts were handled delicately, with care, and you can see a difference. I don't know if it's their process or technology, but I wish my dry cleaners back home (Toronto) had results this impressive. Kudos to Granada. Great bunch of people, fantastic attitudes, they love what they do, and the pride shows in the quality and results they produce.

Good and on time service.

Fantastic service, fairly priced, fast and efficient. Knows what he does, bright lad, simple transaction.. and to my surprise it turned out much better than expected. New sole and heal replaced on my cowboy boots, the craftsmanship was of high calibre. He also filled in the cracks and scratches, and minor paint work it seems for free. Beautiful, exceptional finish, better than new. Top notch! 10/10

Really great cobbler - he's resurrected multiple pairs of my shoes extremely cheaply. No corners cut though as he seems to use all the proper traditional tools and techniques. Strongly recommended.
