Shopped around for several before deciding on our sofa from Chesterfield. The brochure and samples were accurate and very useful. The sofa really finishes off our room. The colour and more importantly the dimensions were spot on (we were very tight for space) and the whole purchase process was seamless. The quality of the Chesterfield is as we had hoped, good leather and beautifully put together. It looks and seems like it will last for years. Finally, the delivery guys were great. As mentioned we were tight for space and access (think about this when you order)although somehow they managed to get the sofa in without damage to it or the house! We have been impressed.

Just received my new sofas today and they are fabulous. Delivery was 2 weeks earlier then expected which was great. Sofas are even better then I expected. Will definitely be buying more in the future.

I ordered 2 Chorlton wing back chairs and love the finished product. the quality of the leather and the shape of the chairs is fantastic. I had to remove a star simply because: - was told up front that the chairs would be ready in about 6 weeks and they took longer - the independent delivery company they use to deliver the chairs is terrible. They messed me about with two delivery dates wasting two days and when they tried to mess me about again I had to eventually say that it was unacceptable and my chairs would have to be in a van that day, no more excuses. I suggest Chesterfield use a different delivery company as it does reflect on them.

Nice traditional company you can talk to. Good delivery they even take away the packaging.Would like the production time reduced.

The 2 stars are only there because the couches are beautiful, but there are 3 stars missing because the customer service was awful. Poor communication, people huffing and puffing at me on the phone because i asked a question about when to expect my couches, i had to complain in order to get my fully paid for couches that were made and ready to be delivered but they don't deliver to where i live until it is cost effective for them to do so, and the overall experience of dealing with their staff was unpleasant. If you live over 200 miles from there factory don't be surprised when they are quick to ask for money but slow to give you what you paid for.

Bought two sofa’s from this company, very pleased with our purchase, as someone said I hope they stand the test of time. Only complaint was it was delayed by a few weeks, ( had to wait over 20 weeks in total) and had to keep phoning for an update, but everything was good in the end. Would definitely use this company again.

My two seater sofa was well worth the wait, very well made, it looks great and it suits the surroundings it is in. The delivery guys were very helpful.

I purchased 2, 1.5 seater sofas from this company, and could not be more pleased. Superb quality, and the comfort is wonderful. Highly recommended .

Beautiful furniture and sofas, I bought two Curved back chesterfields in vintage rouge. They are so gorgeous! I'm just hoping they stand the test of time. I am also looking to purchase a few more items shortly, I cannot wait! Customer service has been great, everyone was super polite, informative and helpful. Delivery was on point, they came when agreed and the sofas were delivered in excellent condition. I am very happy that they called me to tell me there will be a delay in the sofa delivery as they rejected the skin of the sofas as they were not up to their standard. They contacted the supplier and got the sofas remade. This really shows how much they value quality. Overall, excellent service, beautiful sofas and a happy lady before Christmas.
