This store is a disgrace! visited today to collect a toilet that was reserved, received text confirmation that is was ready to collect. Arrived to customer service/ collections to find it was closed, not a big deal so went to the till and was taken to collections, item hadn't yet been picked but was ready for collection?? was told to wait and a member of staff would pick it, waited over 10 mins, both customer service staff chatting away doing nothing, floor staff stood around doing nothing. Had to kick up a fuss to get some help only to receive rude reply's from staff. Ended up picking the item myself after being shown where it was. No one in there can be arsed to help, would rather stand around talking. Will go to Wickes next time.

I may review again in a couple of days, but unfortunately not enough staff to run the shop, what I wanted needed a fork lift driver to get it off the racking, not able to help me. Will try again with click and collect later, see if I can get what I'm after. We'll click and collect is the answer, perfect, ordered my items and it was ready within the hour. Very impressed.
