Completely the opposite of Dreams on the same estate. Girl was so nice, left me to it but always available to answer any questions. Didn't feel forced at all. If buying a bed on this retail park, definitely worth a visit

was a friendly in-store experience. its what happens after that I am very dissapointed about. contacted these guys regarding a mattress under a 5 year guarantee that has failed me. A 5 year guarantee means peace of mind for 5 years. I have been told that I have to fork out £100 to get an inspection done, even though I sent in photos. This shows very little care for customer service in my opinion. have sent an email displaying my dissatisfaction and have had nothing back and its been well over 10 days since i sent it. not good.

Just bought a bed from the White City branch in Manchester. Excellent customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. No pressure to buy. They give you the information you need and let you try the beds out in your own time. Would highly recommend.

Great service, not great value. The mattresses in IKEA are better.

Amazing customer service!!! The beds were very good and affordable. The assistant I met was quite amazing!! Explained all the products properly and helped me make a decision. It was a lovely relaxing experience for me. Well done Adil.

The delivery guys delivered on time, didn't offer to take upto the bedroom. Was expecting the old mattress to be removed, this didn't happen due to not having a green recycling bag. Was not offered or told of this. So had 2 X king size mattress in the living room. Later in the morning a unmarked white van with 2 X men came to collect the old mattress at a cost of £65.00 cash. Complained at the White City branch, wasn't interested. Went into branch today to be told this was £50.00. We believe that there is a scam going on with this and will be in touch with customer service. Very very disappointed customer.

A guy called Ben has helped us through out our purchase we went nearly 3 times and each time he didn’t give up on trying very hard to show us what’s the best bed and mattress for our needs he was a great gent but I do which I could get the mattress quicker

Having recently had a nightmare buying from SCS we were nervous about using another big brand store. But we have to say Bensons for Beds have been first class from first contact. They didn't pester us in store. The delivery estimate was spot on and rhe service all around was excellent 10/10 from us.

Watch out if you need to return or cancel the order! We bought an item lately with 5 weeks delivery timeframe. Don’t even mention the long waiting time, we decided to cancel the order after 4 days due to a change in circumstance. The member of staff who answered the phone and even the store manager was argumentative and unhelpful. They said we will lose the full payment due to the company policy if we cancel the order after 24 hours but later apologised for the wrong information given. The terms and conditions stated that ‘Should you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours then please contact the store where you placed the order. DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDED WHERE A CANCELLATION REQUEST IS RECEIVED MORE THAN 24 HOURS AFTER ORDERING.’ First, please clarify your company policy and deposit is a sum of money that is given as the first part of a larger payment. A full payment that we paid is not a ‘deposit’. This is misleading. Also, they asked you to sign the receipt in the store to agree the terms and conditions but they won’t mention or give you a copy of the terms and conditions. This is such a dodgy behaviour. Instead they sent you an email with the paperwork after one hour. What if someone won’t check the email within 24 hours? It’s another story when we decided to call the customer service and we were told that 20% of the item price will be charged for cancellation after 24 hours. This is totally unfair as we didn’t even receive the item. At the end we were very disappointed and would rather lose the 20% charge and not to use them. Poor customer service and staff attitude. Very upset and will not visit Bensons again. There are many retailers with a much better return and cancellation policy that are available for beds!!!
