Great staff was told sofa will be delivered within 4 weeks but it got delayed still happy with my sofa now that it’s arrived

Wasn't harrased by a salesman as soon as we walked in, we chose the sofa we wanted, they gave us time to try it properly and then when we told them what we wanted, they told us all the prices and explained everything, it was a really nice experience.

First time i bought i sofa from them.I would have rated them 5 stars for the sevrice,delivery and the nice new clean sofa itself.Then lateron i decided to buy a matching chair.Upon delivery i enquired in a friendly manner on the phone why my brand new ￡876 leather chair was scrunched up with over tight wrap and why it was soiled.I got a very rude snide response from the sales assistant.Ok,pal,i'm going to get another chair but WONT shop at DFS again.One star rated furniture shops arent worth a piss,from me anyway.

Once placed order, they are not good if you change your mind. Think very carefully before placing order. Very disappointed

An absolute fantastic service from start to finish Matt from the Manchester sales office was welcoming , pleasant and very professional he seemed to know exactly what we wanted and found us the perfect furniture for our very specific requirements. We received plenty of communication from the telephone sales as to delivery times. The two delivery men (Matt and Craig from the Llandudno office) were great guys, they too were also, punctual,helpful, pleasant and professional. Thank you DFS Kindest regards C.Lundie

DFS have failed to provide an accurate delivery date. It’s been 4 months and I am still waiting on my sofa! Date of delivery has changed many times. The sofas were to be delivered today. I have got rid of my existing ones and when the van turns up they say sorry it’s not on our VAN!!!! I still do not know where my sofa is and when looking on status it says delivery today but with a slogan saying we hope your enjoying your sofa!!! There are no sofas that have turned up….never again will I purchase from here! These guys are shocking!!!! Still waiting on my order DFS. DO NOT BUY!

The manager of this store Mark as had alot of patience with me and been very understanding and helpful. Could not of asked for a better service. Thank you mark.

Just ordered two settees from there. Matthew very helpful and informative. Would recommend.

The shop is fine, staff helpful, and easy. HOWEVER, don't be fooled, the follow up service is appalling not the shop, the whole \DFS logistics set up from the help line to the managers, distribution centre, callers and so on atre hopeless. We were promised delivery 14-15 weeks. We are now in week 18, after many many calls to the help line (be prepared to wait for 30 minutes at least each time you call) no one knows where our furniture is. The distribution centre is not accepting any more furniture!? some of our furniture was supposed to be delivered to us, but wasn't, even after a call 2 weeks in advance to arrange it. E-mails go un answered, the escalation team do not respond, managers do not call when asked to do so by the call centre guys. All in all, terrible after sale experience. I am now at the point where I am asking for a refund and I'll buy locally.
