Well laid-out store with plenty of choice. Helpful and informative staff. We saw the bad delivery reviews after placing our order and were worried. However, our sofas were delivered in good condition on the date promised (4 weeks after we placed the order). The delivery men called an hour before arrival, were friendly, efficient and took all the packaging etc away with them. We love our new sofas - would highly recommend!

Great service, great knowledge. Helped me choose a completely different sofa to the one I had gone in to look at, in a colour I wouldn’t have chosen. Really happy and looking forward to receiving it very soon.

Absolute joke! DO NOT purchase your carpet from here. Go to a a trusted company. Cannot get through to store to discuss any issues you have, have to go via customer service number. Nobody calls you back. These people just want your money - don't actually care what happens once they have that. Booked day off work for fitting, arranged everything around that date to be told that week it can't be done and have to rearrange. Go to a more personable company where you get treated like a respectable customer and someone is willing to speak with you on the phone.

Very pleasant and well laid out store, courteous and helpful staff who were not at all “ aggressive” like some stores. Staff were very helpful and knowledgable about the products. My who buying experience was pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone.

Went to the store, to try out the sofas that I had been viewing on line, surprised at how much bigger they look in reality, got advice on sofas suitable to my needs as a mum if 3 boys, made a choice and had planned to come back when I had saved up enough, but the buy now pay later meant, I could get the order in now and by the time they arrive I would have paid them off, so happy with the timing of it all. Service was helpful and quick, I’ll review again when sofas arrive.

Nice shop but only actually found one sofa we liked....but it was too small. I'm sure we just have different taste in sofas.

Gave me a quote with details to call them back to place the order. Rang multiple times and was on hold for over half an hour but no one bothers picking the phone up. Guess they don't want my business after all. Edit after response: Send it where? You haven't given me any details at all. Complete joke

The absolute worst customer service I have come across in a long time. Once the shop has taken your money they have absolutely no interest from that moment. I hadn’t read any of the reviews as it was my elderly parents who purchased a carpet from them, and it went down hill from there, no communication, no assistance, and no carpet fitter arrived. I had to enlist the help of 2 people to empty my parents lounge and remove the carpet prior to their arrival, leaving the kitchen and stairwell blocked from 10.30am in the morning. At 3.30pm we finally get a call from the office saying that the carpet fitter isn’t coming. The office lady said she would call back and let us know when they will be coming to fit the carpet, NEVER called back! It made my elderly dad so ill with the stress of it all, they should be ashamed. So save yourself a load of myther and use a more professional company, read reviews and ignore at your peril.
