I've given them a 3* because it would be unfair to give less, the cut I got was alright, but the pricing lists are outdated. I pointed this out months ago and they're all over the salon. They charged £87 for 2 adult cut and blows and a 5 year olds dry cut, which is Manchester city centre prices. Was really friendly last time, and although my hairdresser (who I thinknwas the manager) was having a laugh, my 5 year old now keeps asking why she wanted to slit her own throat and kill herself and or someone else due to the conversation about a plumber she was having at home. Maybe think about your audience if you care about keeping customers, if not, carry on.
