Whilst the stock is more limited due to space than some timber merchants, the guys on the counter are helpful. They don't treat the DIY customer like an imposter.

My joiner ordered all the stuff he required over the phone and I when we asked if we could pay over the phone they told us to call back in half an hour. Called back a dozen times and didn’t answer. So I went into the store to pay and to confirm delivery date and time. They agreed to deliver the next morning (today) but I’m still waiting on the delivery now at 16:30. Doubt it will now be delivered. They may be cheaper than other places but they don’t seem to be reliable. Causing me plenty of stress as now my joiner is a day behind on his work and we are on a tight schedule with this project.

Prity much did my whole house by this company. Always delivered on time and great prices then any other place.

Shocking service. The short Asian guy with a short beard speaks to you like your a piece dirt. Without your customers, you wouldn't have a job. Its the customers that puts food on your table and pays your bills. They need training in customer services skills and on how to speak to customers and how to treat them. I will not be visiting these guys ever again. I rated it as a 1 because 0 was not an option.

Great service with good prices. Lots of choices from timber to sand ect. It's on a one way street, with not much parking. So park where you can go in order and pay, then you can drive into the yard.

Experienced staff. Generally friendly and helpfull unless its peak time. Owners allways at hand so sort difficult queries. Prices un untill recently have been very competitive but as with most places the prices have gone sky high. I have been coming here for quite some time now and always have floor staff to pick out timber for you
