Howdens – Altrincham manchester

Bought my new kitchen 15 months ago from Alrincham branch but fitted privately. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Nothing was too much trouble for John Purple who designed my kitchen. Last week the integral washing machine packed up, contacted the branch who were so helpful in getting it repaired within 3 days. Thanks to Diane for sorting it so quickly.

Great service, one lady called Vicky helped me a lot. Recommend to other traders.

Very very bad and arrogant service.....very very rude. Thought I was going to be told to go back to where I came from. Other Howden I've been to however have a very good service, namely Ashton.

We found the staff very helpful and kitchen is perfect for us.Unfortunately it wasn't explained to us that we would need a special socket for the new cooker so when it was switched on it blew the fuse and we now find ourselves 5 days before Christmas with no working oven and nobody will accept responsibility and we are now 3 weeks without an oven.Obviously this has put a real dampner on what should have been a happier experience for us.
