I would recommend checking you have received all of what you have paid for. Recently received one less box of tiles on an order from here than I paid for and didn't notice at the time so have now had to pay to get another. So if you order multiple boxes check you get the correct amount!

Amazing customer service here. These guys were extremely patient with us while we tried to make decisions on our 2 fireplace harths. They have us great solutions for a cost effective way of achieving the look we wanted. Really helpful team. Paul served us and gave us lots of insight on the best materials to use. Dan was kind enough to reasure us with their returns policy incase we changed our minds. Overall would highly recommend this store for a personable experience. Thank you guys!

Had ago at tiling for the first time, went into the sale store with the area size we wanted to tile, picked our tiles and tops tiles sorted out the rest! Everything we needed all top quality stuff! The staff answered all our questions and were great in every way, would definitely recommend, its a rare thing to find good customer service these days! Will definitely use again! 👍

Excellent service, friendly, knowledgeable staff and offered a tour around showroom with advice and suggestions. (The customer who didn't check you had all the boxes in your delivery- it's your own fault you had to pay for another box as you didn't check upon delivery! Giving them only 1 star isn't fair). The tiles are beautiful, had so many compliments too. Thanks Topps 😀

1* rating given to the "bad attitude" woman working behind the counter. Clearly needs customer service training on how to talk to people in the right way. I decided not use Sale and went to Cheadle Hulme instead.
