We are a local charity and had a problem with our safe. The engineer came out straight away and mended the safe lock without any issues. He could not have been more helpful and would not accept any money for helping us as he wished to support us as a local charity. He even cut us extra keys. He was totally professional and did the job quickly and cleanly with no problems and we felt confident with his expertise.

Very impressed with APL locksmiths. All the communication I had with the shop on the phone was clear and cheerful. John arrived nice and early and did a great job, very professional. Would definitely recommend this company.

Simply the best. Changed our back door gear box quickly and professionally in December. After calling them for a separate, minor issue out of hours, they swung by and worked their magic at 10:30pm free of charge. Local treasure. Thanks guys.

just had apl round to fix my front door lock. Professional, efficient and pleasant service all the way through the process from initial call to discuss issue and the engineer repair work. Just what you need, highly recommend.

Brilliant service from this locksmith. Called at 7.30 in the morning because a key had been broken in the lock, so couldn't get into our premises. He said he would be here for 8.30 and got here a little earlier and we were through the door by 8.30. Would definately recommend and use again.

I whatsapped APL on a Sunday evening and got a response with a quote within minutes. They reassured me they could help this week and the next day Dave was here realigning the door and fixing the problem. All solved within 24 hours of raising the issue. I couldn’t be happier and the price was super reasonable - just what I needed with Christmas just around the corner. Thanks APL 🙏👏

Excellent service. Went in with a non-working car key fob & left with a brand new one! Well pleased ;o)

Went in with a defunct car key, came out within an hour with a fully operational car key and the defunct one repaired to be used as spare. I couldn’t be happier, recommend to anybody with Lock problems. Staff so helpful.

I contacted APL early this morning via watsapfor some advice and received a prompt reply. By midday today a locksmith had been out to me and completed the work to an excellent standard and at a reasonable price. Very happy with this service

Just had both of my non responsive key fobs sorted out by Tony in a matter of minutes after weeks of worry and problems. Tony sorted out all these problems within 5 minutes of getting there.
