Just want to give a massive shout out to Tim who helped me set up storage for my business at Ready Steady Store. Popped down to store to set it up, being greeted by Tim who was always smiling and pleasant to be around. He made the process smooth and despite being on his own and the store getting quite busy, he remained calm and professional whilst dealing with my checking in. Tim is a true gent and we look forward to using Ready Steady for many years to come.

Tim at this store provided some of the best customer service we have ever received. Absolutely fantastic! The storage security is very good, it's 24 hour access and the price very reasonable when paid upfront. Just very very good customer service

Came in to buy some boxes. Was met by an extremely helpful young gentleman. I think his name was Tim. Superb customer service. Prices are not too bad either. Will certainly use Ready Steady in the future if I need somewhere to store.

I must say exceptional service,from when I called Yesterday Mark was so helpful on phone,got me a good deal,was so easy to book and felt valued. Took my stuff in this morning and met by your amazing Manager Tim,absolutley brilliant,made me feel so comfortable,valued and he was so helpful,exceptional customer service,helpful and smiling you have an excellent staff and I was over the moon with the service beginning to end,felt relieved as process was so easy and your facilities are fantastic,5 star,thank you Tim couldn't ask for better.

Very helpful staff at the Lincoln branch. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even when I managed to misplace my keys to my unit!!! extremely helpful man. If i had to use storage unit again I would definitly go back to Ready Steady Store.

Jamie couldn't have bee more helpful! Needed a storage unit in less than 24 hours and he sorted it with ease on a 15 minute call with me! I've stored with Ready steady store Worsley before and the storage facility is easy to access (24 hours access helps), safe and secure plus the staff make the hard task of moving and storing items a breeze! Highly recommend. Oh and they are the most competitive on the price.

Easy to get set up - very friendly sales team. The prices are great and the 24 hour access makes things so convenient. You even get a discount on van rentals which saved us over £100. Couldn't fault the service.

I've been using storage facility here for the past 6 months, no issues at all. Secured access and staff is always very helpful and responsive when I contact them. Very tidy and it's a bonus that there are trolleys available for customers to use.
