The service we received from BCL for our office move was exemplary in every way. From the initial consultation all the way through to the customer aftercare, the communication was fantastic. Our crates were delivered promptly and in good time for us to pack up everything, and on the actual moving day the team arrived promptly at 9:00am and worked so quickly and efficiently. Especially considering that the access to our old office location was incredibly difficult as there was no lift and only one narrow entrance/exit route in and out of the building. The removals crew were really friendly, careful, professional and coordinated, and managed to get everything over in one load and reassembled our office furniture at the new location ahead of schedule, which was ideal as it gave us more time to unpack on the Saturday, minimising the disruption on our first working day on the following Monday. I wouldn’t employ this company for an office move. Everyone seems to just be contractors and not work for the company. Appalling service and I would recommend you look elsewhere.

We had an office move from Reading to Woking to Trafford Park and we got an excellent service from start to finish. Ryan, Ian and Greg arrived on time cleared the furniture and equipment out fast and efficiently. The drop at the Trafford Park site was us stairs and they completed it before I knew they had even started. Polite and courteous and always willing to help in terms of rearranging anything already in place to fit. Good group of lads and would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Moved offices at a weekend with BCL, Mick Cook and his team and it was excellent. Very professional, all came over, lost nothing in transit and all the extra's that peopel had forgotten were added in with no quibble. Will recommend to anyone and would use again for Office Relocations. Thank you
