Luke the manager couldn’t be more helpful. Especially considering we’ve never used self storage before. Explained everything and showed us several units until we found one that suited us. Would recommend this store and location

Exceptional customer service! Every employee I spoke with either over the phone or in person was super friendly, helpful and pleasant to talk to. I booked a storage unit for a week while I moved house and Safestore made the process so much easier and less stressful for me by assisting me with finding the perfect size unit for my belongings and providing 24hr access which allowed me to move things at night after I’d finished at work. Highly recommend!

I have acquired some short term storage during a retainer period between renting. The total for 3 weeks didn't break the bank and left some aside to pick up a few extra bits whilst I was there. All the staff I dealt with at this branch were top-notch, in particular, Alis, in dealing with the documents and excusing unusual behaviour by me and my moving team... I would 100% recommend Safestore if the quality of service is standardised throughout the company in all locations.

Great place for leaving stuff in a little room

I highly recommend Safestore especially this branch, the help and support you get is outstanding. I hired a unit which for reasons beyond my control didn't finish up using. Bit of a long story but it was a pretty stressful time. Safestore in particularly Jennie were really helpful and understanding and took a lot of pressure off me with their great communication throughout. That alone tells me that Safestore Old Trafford are really well worth using should you need storage space.

Very secure depot allowing you to secure all your needs with access 24/7 delivering high quality security of your possessions with peace of mind only flaw is you will need to provide your own lock or you can purchase one for a small fee, useful to use during the offer period especially in these times of need during the pandemic.

A pleasant transaction with really helpful and informative people. Was shown the best storage space for our needs without any hard selling. A good guided tour with helpful information. Storage was arranged the same day and we up and running within an hour.

All reception members were very polite and always happy to help. They provided excellent service. However one thing I'm not happy with is moving company they recommend me. Unfortunately I can't remember the name but it was the worst company I've ever used. They were very unprofessional, they arrived 2 hours late on my move day and they weren't careful with my furniture. They actually scratches badly some of it (added photos of my new desk).They should never recommend this company to anyone! When I mentioned this to reception and showed them marks on my furniture they were very apologetic. The next day manager rang me and again apologised for recommending this company. He even offered to give me refund on last 2 weeks of my stay with them which was very nice of him. But then he didn't keep his word and I never got any money back.
