I have been a Ready Steady customer since August 19 & I cannot recommend them highly enough. The team are amazing - they are helpful, easy to talk to and relate to and the units are competitive for the area. If you are a business or a residential customer I would suggest using ready steady. They’re professional and really will do what they can to help support your business.

Moved out of my unit a couple days ago and want to say a massive thank you to Karen & team. The atmosphere in the office is always so lively and jolly. We are so grateful to all of them. Merry Christmas & A Happy new year.

I have been storing at Manchester Central for many years now, and its so easy and convenient for me. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble, Karen and Andrew are a credit to the company, and always have time for me. I rented storage space during a house move at Ready Steady Store Manchester from June to October this year. Booking, access, payment and leaving were all made so simple by the excellent staff. Me & my husband moved house last month and used the storage and we cannot fault it. Karen was excellent when we moved our items in and gave us all the information we need! We spoke with Andrew a couple of times who always seems to be so happy! Customer service at its best.

Big thanks to Emma who has made my experience using their storage very good. Efficient, friendly and smooth service provided by her. Used the 24hr access which was safe and you access the facility using your own unique pin code, that alarms and disarms your unit.

Great service and the team was really helpful. Special thanks to Megan, Karen and Racheal for making the service very efficient. The team was very accommodating. Safety wise, the store uses digital keypads with your own password and it feels very safe to store items here. Highly recommended

I had the worst experience on a phone call with one the workers who was really rude. They do not know how to take care of customers. Before I finished speaking he hanged up. I would not recommend it for anyone else.

Update: Within an hour, I've already been contacted, had my issue resolved swiftly and told the aforementioned staff member will be dealt with. Fair to say an update to the rating is in order. Original: Never once in my life, have I been spoken to with such indignance, rudeness nor just pure anger, than I have right now. I called the number given to me, on an official letter from Ready Steady Store, for my local RSS storage facility. I asked to speak to the manager of the store; the response: _"...WHAT. STORE?!?"_ Me: _"Hanley..."_ Him: _"Right, then YOU need to speak to THEM. If it's about billing I can't help you..."_ Me: _"The telephone menu sent me to you. I selected billing...and the phone number I rang was an 01782 number...why are you being so aggressive?"_ Him: _"You ring this number, and you think the first person who picks up is gonna deal with your problem?"_ Me: _"I rang an 01782 number...that's for Hanley. How should I know it's going through to a call centre?"_ Him: _"You think THIS is aggressive?! I think YOU'RE aggressive. You just rang this number and you expect me to fix your problem for you?"_ I could go on but what's the point. Clearly this man needs firing or changing roles, as this is not the one for him. Won't be using this company again after that, the worst 'Customer Service' I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. (I have no idea what his name was, he ignored the question. But he sounded like he was from the Lancaster area.)

The lady at the reception, Rachel, was extremely professional, very focused on providing a top quality service.
