City Centre Dental Practice manchester

This is the singles best practice I have dealt with out of 4 in Manchester. They are accommodating, look after you and provide a tailored approach to your dental health. I had Claire and Nat looking after me through the NHS and they have been amazing every step of the way. Lawrence was the man who dealt with my private consultation and was so comprehensive with the explanation of my surgery through himself and it made me feel so comfortable moving forward. Very happy with the practice.

I've stopped going here after being a patient for ten years. No issue with the dentistry but their time keeping has gone downhill recently, several 20 minute waits and last time I was expected to wait 40 minutes beyond my appointment time. I understand things can go wrong but no excuse for not at least letting me know theres going to be a delay. Receptionist was unapologetic. They make it quite clear that if you miss or are late for an appointment you will be charged, they should practise what they preach.

Total rip-off. I was seen by Daniel Sutcliffe, who supposedly has a speciality in Amalgam removal. I went to see him to request a bitewing X-ray, to verify no remaining traces of amalgam were left in the extraction site of my root canal. He then continued on to undertake an X-ray which showed none of the gumline below the extracted tooth which was the important area in question. He also insisted I have an expensive and entirely pointless panoramic CT scan which doesn't have a high enough resolution to find all remaining traces. A waste of 70 quid for a visit which honestly lasted ten minutes. The email on the website doesn't work, even requesting the images was difficult enough.. they informed me I had to write a letter to the practice when I spoke on the phone. I never received a response to the letter, and when I spoke to them on the phone they then told me an email would be fine. When I emailed Daniel Sutcliffe with questions regarding why my x-rays didn't show what they needed to, I received no response. Disgusting service and I could not recommend this practice (or dentist) to anybody.

My Dentist and his team at City Centre Dental are the best! The treatments and service I have had to date have been impressive. They have been absolutely fantastic with me. I was a nervous patient but not so much anymore. They have all been professional patient and kind at all times. I appreciate private treatment isn't cheap but the charges to date have been worth it because my smile is getting a little wider each time. Highly recommend this practice.

Friendly staff, and good location. However, v expensive as dentists go, unreliable (appointment was cancelled and postponed three times in a row). Appointments felt rushed, little help is given when you have an issue (I noticed only the pricier options where given to me, I had to request cheaper options), was told I was being referred to a hospital for a deep cut in my gum, turns out they had forgotten to do this... Avoid this practice if you can.

Always had a great experience visiting this practice. The new centre is very clean, modern and welcoming, with all covid measures in place. Zahara and her colleague were lovely, super reassuring and put me right at ease. Refreshing to receive such nice, genuine service - could not fault one bit & will be recommending. The dentist and his clinician were both excellent. I felt cared for and they both did an excellent job. I would however suggest that if I have an 8am appointment the least you could do would be to have reception ready to allow me into the building at 7:45am. Not the greatest of welcomes to be asked to wait outside.

Baris and Georgia are both absolutely lovely and do a wonderful job. I felt very comfortable being seen by them despite previously being very nervous about going to the dentist. I couldn't recommend them more! Thank you so much for your amazing work!

City Centre Dental is an amazing dentistry! Absolutely recommend them to anyone with any dental issues. The facilities are top notch, staff are incredibly lovely, and the work they did for me in check up and fillings was fantastic. I came to them with concern for a greying tooth (that I later also chipped), which gave me great worry that one of my teeth were dying. Booked a check up appointment ASAP, and Dr Baris was very quick to discover the issue: staining of my tooth from a previous silver filling! I was so glad I made the appointment as it gave me great peace of mind. Despite the issue being benign, I booked another appointment to get a filling done to repair my chipped tooth. They yet again did an awesome job, and I left feeling amazing. I’d give this review a double 5 Stars for both of the sessions being as great as they were :)

I would just like to say from someone who is petrified of the dentist that Zara and Sarah are absolutely amazing. They made me feel so calm and at ease whilst having treatment this morning. They have such calming voices and are so caring, reassuring and so professional at the same time, an absolutely fantastic team. I came out feeling so relaxed which is a first for me in such a long time and I also felt that I had overcome being so fearful. Thank you so much ladies you are amazing! Also Claire refitted a crown for me a few weeks ago and was absolutely brilliant and so caring. City centre dental and implant clinic truly are fantastic, I have been coming here for 20 years and the new place is lovely, you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in. Louise Mistry
