I came here with an emergency as I had something sharp stuck between my teeth which had been driving me crazy. The dentist mark was brilliant and he removed it painlessly within seconds. The whole place is clean and modern and very friendly. Great practice.

As someone who has a severe phobia of dentist's I haven't been to see one in 9 years, due to an abscess I had no option but to book an emergency appointment. First of all the receptionist was very friendly and professional. I was lucky enough to see Dr Conor O'Neill who I must say was truly incredible , calm and patient he put me at my ease and made the whole experience much easier than it would have otherwise been. Clearly someone who cares about his patients , giving the highest possible level of care and attention. Deserves more than 5 stars.

Our double appointment for my daughter and me was on time and was friendly, professional and courteous. Both examinations felt thorough and not at all intimidating. I would almost go as far as to say it was a pleasurable experience!

My dentist Mark has gone above and beyond to save my teeth I’ve had previous dentist who just wanted to take my teeth out rather than try to restore I don’t have the easiest teeth to work with- they are exceptionally small and I’d had a lot of cosmetic work but he has been truly amazing and never given up even on the most challenging of occasions The receptionist team always do their absolute best to sort your appointment around work I’d like an especial thanks to the dentist nurse who always makes sure the corner of my mouth are covered in moisturiser/ of sorts and I don’t leave covered in cement All in all they really are the best and couldn’t recommend any other

Went from being too busy (insert any number of other excuses here) having no dentist, a maingy rotten molar, severe pain, sleepless nights etc. To tooth completely painlessly removed (I thought the torture had only just reached the foreplay stage when I saw the offending tooth sitting on the tray) and a prescription for antibiotics should they be required all within a couple of days of presenting at the practice. Price was reasonable too (£60 ish, 3 appointments in total including an x-ray). NHS dentistry the way it should be. We're the envy of the world in some respects, this last week has reminded me of that. Proper job!

I'd actually give more than 5 stars if it was possible! I've had nothing but an absolutely fantastic experience with the the DCO dental group. From the admin staff, to the reception staff and the oral surgeons. Respect, efficiency and professionalism. I had my wisdom tooth extracted and everything was clearly explained without undermining me in any shape or form. The procedure was as explained and what I expected. The reception staff were friendly, clear and to the point. The admin staff beforehand were helpful and managed my case efficiently.

Always very kind and patient which is important to me as I am very anxious. The Reception staff are always helpful. Sometimes difficult to get a routine appointment but will get you in for an emergency. Not taking new NHS patients at the moment.

Excellent service. Great dental surgeon and managed my nerves well. All over quick enough. No pain and amazing detailed explanations and care given. But practice and reception space look tired and open waste containers by the dentist chair felt unsettling while I was being treated. Maybe time for the practice to be refreshed. It’s minor as it’s the dental care that counts but it all sets the scene perhaps time to refurbish. The room was also very sunny and boiling hot. ( of course maybe I was hot because I was also anxious and heart rate raised). The staff fetched a fan and it helped. But again maybe time for air con with U.V filtration to kill air born bugs. Prices also reasonable and maybe if they refurb they will put prices up but if you pay you kind of expect a better environment. Not my regular dentist was a one off procedure so hopefully won’t need to go back. But certainly cannot fault the dental care. Thank you.
