The biggest regret of my life is the terror that kept me away from the dentist for 40 years. My mum never took us as kids as she was scared herself. I thought my teeth were beyond repair and treatment now would be intensive. I was losing teeth.. confidence and my smile. I was embarrassed and ashamed. Then my mum discovered Sam Wong and after my first visit he changed my whole outlook! He was and is so empathetic and non judgemental. I did need a lot of work doing after years of neglect. .. but there was nothing traumatic at any point! I have never ever felt even a twinge of pain. He literally has given me my life back!! He's my hero! Thankyou Sam x

After being my dentist for over fifteen years they refused my emergency case because I've not visited (and paid them) within their designated time period. They said I would need to re-register and have a pre-check and when I asked if that could be done before treatment the receptionist laughed at me. Laughed at me being in pain. Given all five members of my family regularly use this dentist, they have just lost a lot of customers.

Brilliant !!! Filled in the online form on Monday morning and was immediately offered an appointment for the following day. I turned up and was seen on time. I had a front tooth that needed repairing (thought I would be told it needed a crown). Dr Anne Ochana said she could fix it and asked if I wanted it doing there and then, she had had a cancellation. I said yes. She numbed my top gum at the front, never felt a thing. All during the treatment she told me what she was going to do before she did anything. A painless and professional experience, when she had finished she handed me a mirror to check her handiwork - it was perfect, couldn't tell were the tooth ended and the repair started. I will definitely be going to see Dr Ochana in the future.

I have a horrible fear of the dentist due to previous bad experiences elsewhere but since moving to Revive, I find the staff are very understanding of this and are always accommodating and friendly. I feel like my dentist is very thorough and has my best interests at heart and the level of care each and every time has been faultless. I also referred my cousin to this practice after my positive experience as she shares the same fear and so far she is just as happy with the service provided. I don't understand the bad reviews on here, I suppose people like to complain more than praise but upon seeing the negative comments I had to share mine.

very upset after waiting over 4 weeks for an appointment received a telephone call just before setting off to cancel. After complaining fitted me in Monday but told this will only be assessment and they will need another visit to take tooth out! why is it private dentists don't have this problem I have paid into the system all my working life with the expectation that NHS care would be available only to find when I do need it I have to consider going into debt to go private because NHS dental service is becoming very hard to access

I have recently visited this practice and I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. My dentist Olivia was very thorough and informative. I really appreciated her kindness and professionalism with an area of concern with my gum. Upon her recommendation I had a further appointment with Dan the dental therapist. I received the best scale and polish I’ve ever had. He also was very professional, friendly and caring. Thank you also to the nurses Toni and Advil for putting me at ease. I definitely recommend this dental practice. Thank you

The service at Revive has been great. I’m not overly confident about attending the dentist but Connie and the team at Revive have always put me at ease and made my experience less stressful. I’ve never been happy with my teeth but can finally smile with confidence after my Invisalign treatment. Thank you all!

If it was down to the dentist's and hygienists it would be 5 star, however the three receptionists behind the counter all watched me struggle to open the heavy doors and push my pram through. I struggled for a good few minutes as the door kept closing on me. Not one of them offered any help, they weren't even busy, they laughed amongst themselves behind the counter. It's common courtesy and it's really annoyed me and I hope they see this. EDIT- Since leaving this review I've been contacted and apologised to by the practice manager which was a good call to receive.

I recently visited Revive as a new patient for a check-up, I was fully satisfied with the service I received, my dentist Emily was really nice and very informative, she made me feel super relaxed, she talked me through my x-rays which a dentist has never done before, I would highly recommend this practice to any of my family and friends.
