Brilliant book shop, way more books than you'd think for a fairly small shop. Was pleasantly surprised to walk into the back and find a cafe with vegan baked goods and no extra charge for plant milks! This gingerbread brownie was delicious!

I like wagamama good vegan menu although odd they make some they make some things look like meat. Good service can watch things being cooked. Only drawback for some no mixers at bar so no shandy no line and soda that sort of thing. Value not too bad but for me portions are a bit on the big side. Overall a nice place

Friendly staff, nicely laid out store with lots to leisurely browse. Bit expensive generally but there are bargains to be had too. Was last there to meet the great Tony Christie for his book signing, a really entertaining read by the way.

Fabulous. In a day and age when we are told books are irrelevant it warms my soul to see so many people proving that wrong. Lovely to see they have taken over the cafe now with their own Cafe W.

I am an avid book reader and love hanging out here going through their collection of books and always find out a book I can take along with me. They have also a cool reward program so check it out and other offers going on. You can also preview a book at their cafe, which itself is a nice place to hang out. I have just obtained my first reward and a got a book for free and looking forward for more stampings! Cheers

Lovely shop. Laid out really nicely. Bright and loads of space

As always, the staff at Manchester Arndale Waterstones were helpful and pleasant. I was able to find the items that I wanted and some extra gifts.

Who needs to go on holiday when you can pick up a book and send your imagination on the best trip ever.

In this day and age it is wonderful to find such a huge space filled with a fantastic array of subjects and titles. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and the shop offers a good email service alerting you to new titles etc. An absolute treasure. Excellent coffee as well.

Really welcoming and informative staff, whenever I have gone in I have felt well looked after by them.
