One of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. Ordered some spa parts through Lynda (Owner) which all seemed so easy. Sent us an invoice which we paid the same day. After about 3 weeks of the parts not arriving I started making phone calls and was told parts were on their way and should arrive in the next couple of days. Almost a month later we sent an email asking when we could expect the parts to arrive and voiced our disappointment with the service. Lynda responded and said the parts hadn’t been ordered because we hadn’t confirmed. We assumed paying and using an invoice reference number as well as telling her that we wanted to go ahead would be confirmation enough. Suddenly it all became our fault and we were told we were rude to deal with and it was easier for her to refund our money. No apology on Lynda’s behalf. When we phoned to sort this out, Lynda kept hanging up. Seems like she likes to take your money and not deliver on the goods. My advice would be to save yourself the hassle and use another store.
