Just Spas Brisbane – brisbane

One of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. Ordered some spa parts through Lynda (Owner) which all seemed so easy. Sent us an invoice which we paid the same day. After about 3 weeks of the parts not arriving I started making phone calls and was told parts were on their way and should arrive in the next couple of days. Almost a month later we sent an email asking when we could expect the parts to arrive and voiced our disappointment with the service. Lynda responded and said the parts hadn’t been ordered because we hadn’t confirmed. We assumed paying and using an invoice reference number as well as telling her that we wanted to go ahead would be confirmation enough. Suddenly it all became our fault and we were told we were rude to deal with and it was easier for her to refund our money. No apology on Lynda’s behalf. When we phoned to sort this out, Lynda kept hanging up. Seems like she likes to take your money and not deliver on the goods. My advice would be to save yourself the hassle and use another store.

Excellent knowledge and service right from the start! Was a bit slow getting here (thanks COVID!) but now its all set up and I am loving it! Lynda and Sam are brilliant and very patient ;) - there are no stupid questions apart from those that are not asked. Thank you so much Ladies, one very happy customer right here :)

Great service, friendly, helpful. Just wanted to say how great Just Spas Brendale is. Lynda has gone out of her way to make sure things are done and followed up on. I highly recommend this place if you are looking at a spa.

Totally deserve 5 stars - spoke with Sam less than a week ago about purchasing a spare also spoke with Lynda and both these ladies answered any questions we had and kept us informed of the progress. We arranged our own freight and received the spa 500 Klm away 5 days later. So a big thanks to Just Spas especially Sam & Lynda, would recommend these guys to anyone and the spas are Australian made - can’t do better than that.
