Visited earnest Jones to look at and purchase his and hers wedding rings . The young gentlemen that served us had the worst attitude towards us , didn’t seem interested at all , I asked him the difference between platinum and palladium to which he replied “ there different metals “ obviously I knew this but wanted to know more as to how there different . Then proceeded to look at ladies wedding rings which seemed to bother him , he gave the impression he really wasn’t interested , we were discussing buying to which he replied he didn’t have time as they were due to close in half an hour . We went across the way to goldsmiths and was treated with so much respect , the young lady explained about platinum , we purchased a gents wedding ring . When we came out over an hour later we noticed Ernest Jones was still open and dealing with customers . If you can’t at least smile and be friendly you shouldn’t work in retail .

Gerard was a gentleman - very patient and helpful. The man was very knowledgeable when discussing Rolex and Cartier watches and was more than happy to show us the different models whilst discussing finance figures for each one. Would happily see him again. Top service!

The manager here is a great asset to the team, greatly helpful in mine and my friends search for some nice watches and very knowledgeable and not pushy on any sales. It's nice to find somewhere to break away from the pushy sales experienced in nearly every other Trafford Centre watch store.

I came in looking for a watch on Monday. Women saw me and I was ignored. I asked them for help in finding the watch and said I have seen it online. The lady had the iPad and said she would find it - I went to check the second counter and see if it was there. I came back to see if she found it online but she returned back to talking to another colleague. I asked if she found it and she replied there are too many and pushed the iPad towards me. I then left.

If you would like to be called fat (an extreme size) just before your wedding day, by all means go here. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour!
