The stars are for the staff, who were lovely and friendly. The low rating is for how dirty the change rooms are and how old and broken the equipment is. The view is nice across the water, such a shame how bad the equipment is. The rowing machines have no resistance, the stair climber broken. If you just want to use treadmills and exercise bikes you're set. The space is strangely set out. Lots of equipment needs to be thrown out and updated.
