Took the wife here for some relaxation time! Definitely worth giving it a try. Floating on high concentrated salt water for some detoxing is great. Our skin feels a lot better. City Cave also has a sauna and massage service too. We booked the Floating and massage combo. Time flies when you are being pampered. Recommended to do the floating individually as you can relax and concentrate/meditate as you like. They offer great products too! My wife usually don't like tea but we left purchasing a box of tea. Yea, so good job City Cave! The staff were friendly and my wife like her masseuse. So that's definitely a 5-star. Would potentially be back!

The float and sauna experience were amazing. The aesthetic of the salt float was modern and I loved how clean and hygienic everything felt. I felt lighter, calmer and much more fresh after it. The staff at the front desk were also so accomodating and welcoming. I really appreciated their care and friendliness! I just wanted to give some honest feedback in relation to the massage - which I hope you take it on, not as a criticism but as potential to make your massage offering even better. My massage therapist was very lovely and had some good techniques when doing the back massage. However, added client care would have gone a long way - eg dimming the lights or putting something over my eyes when doing the front of the body massage as the bright light and the clock were glaring into my eyes so I could tell she was under time pressure as she kept looking at the clock and rushed the front of body massage. I totally sympathise with that as I get she has lots of clients to attend to but if the clock wasn’t right in front of me it may have given the illusion she was less stressed. It’s also a nice touch to cover clients body with the towel completely - when feet and arms hang out it’s freezing. I asked her to put another towel over me which she kindly did to cover my feet but each time she massaged a new limb she didn’t put that limb back under the towel. Also using one hot towel to take the oil off my entire body is fine but by the time the towel got to my arms it was an ice cold towel. I’d rather have the oil on my body than be cold. It also feels good when a massage therapist gently touches the body on top of the towel before and after massaging each limb to subtly warn the client you’re about to start massaging; as it felt like a huge shock every time a random hand was touching me at different parts of my body - so it was hard to relax. These are all little thoughts I picked up on in the massage which made it hard to relax, but I hope you can take it as genuine feedback as The entire place was so worthy of coming back to :)
