I’ve been hearing about the benefits of cryotherapy for a while now. Being someone that isn’t us

5/ 5

I’ve been hearing about the benefits of cryotherapy for a while now. Being someone that isn’t usually fan of the cold, it wasn’t as bad as I was anticipating. The results outweighed the feeling of being cold, better sleep and help with muscle recovery. The staff are accommodating and provide great service, would highly recommend and I'll be back!

5/ 5

Freezing and a little daunting at first, but how good I felt afterwards far outweighed the 3 minutes in the freezing temperatures. I had improved sleep and less muscle soreness and stiffness after the first session. Looking forward to more sessions in the future and the ongoing overall benefits.

I thought I wouldn't be able to handle the cold as i hate being cold, but it's not as bad as i thoug

5/ 5

I thought I wouldn't be able to handle the cold as i hate being cold, but it's not as bad as i thought and it's only 3 minutes. This is really helping with my muscle recovery from training and my lower back pain. Burning extra calories is a bonus too - it's like I've done an extra workout for the week🙌
