As I'm an incomplete paraplegic the staff are absolutely fantastic. They have all the equipment for me to get in and out of the pool when I do my Hydro with my Physio. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff thank you all for your assistance and support.

I was here with my Son(7 y/o) and family with multiple kids, this place is over priced for a pool indoors considering you have to pay extra for the inflatable pool tool, and that they offer no discount or concession for Defence or Veteran for myself. I was watched the whole time and told not to do multiple things you would normally do at a pool, they are hugely regulated and are scared to let people have there own degree of risk. There life guards are rude and are always patrolling I assume they are micro managed by there general manager which I was threatened with after I argued a point. Thank you and don't swim here, I won't be.
