10/10 will return again! I called up on a Saturday afternoon hoping to purchase a voucher for my mum. The lady who a answered was lovely and very helpful, took my details and emailed me the voucher within an hour! Such a life saver and a very all round pleasant transaction!

Called several times in a week to try and get an appointment. The phone just rings amd rings until finally going to voicemail. The voicemail says "leave your name and number we would LOVE to call you back". Left my name and number and reason for calling, never got a call back. In any other circumstance I would have stopped trying, however it's hard to find a place open on a Sunday in this area. I tried calling one last time on Saturday and someone finally answers. She asks me to text her with what I'm after and she'll check availability. I texted her with my details and the service I was after and she never responded. Unprofessional. I don't understand how you can have a succesful business when you never answer the phone.
