Very nice helpful man came to my assistance. Not a massive selection of tracksuits and not many in small in fact only the one pair in the brand we wanted. Would have given it more stars but music so loud it was uncomfortable and it made me feel sorry for the staff who must get fed up with it all day.

Poor service. Beyond busy. Long queue for change rooms (only four). Music very loud. Staff run off their feet. Need more staff. Good choice of shoes.

Doesn't seem like customer service is a priority to anyone here, rude staff who would rather chat to their mates then actually get your trainers to try on. Waited 15 mins for trainers they had in stock. Asked someone why we were waiting so long and he said they were out of stock?!?! Waited 15 mins for nothing! Staff member didnt even apologise just shrugged. I wonder how they even pass the interview!

Good for sportswear and shoes us football aisle for football shoes football boots and football t shirts plus other sports things like basketball tennis ball plus other things

Rude staff more interested in standing around talking to each other than helping customers, kept waiting for 20 mins for trainers to be brought from store room. Not a good retail experience.

Never have I witnessed such rude service , my husband wanted to try some trainers on and a young girl brought then handed him one shoe he asked for the other she said " o you want to try the other one on "shoes come in pairs so let customers try both on .He had only just put the other trainer on and she said " do you want them " he said I'm still thinking about it as he hadn't even stood up in them but she then she said " do you want them or not " my god I actually work in a shoe shop and have never

Love it for the choice of trainers , but do you know what drives me nuts? The music!! It's sooo loud and it's constant (c)rap I know it's not just me , I mention it to others and they remark how terrible it is, however staff are lovely etc but generally leave without a purchase unless I know what I want as I want to be out asap!

Huge range of sports wear just nothing that stands out. As with many of these sports stores they will make sure the basics are covered but they will far from excite you with that something you didn't think you would see. Online shopping is so easy and you can get those bits that make you stand out. Hope this helps if you found this useful please give it the thumbs up.

Buying a shoe is in itself confusing!!! So many brands and then each brand has a gazillion shoe models 🥴🥴 You need a store which will make your buying experience easy. But JD Sport is not one of those stores unfortunately! The store associates are not well trained and I'm afraid don't know what they are talking about. This guy who was serving me didn't know what a shoe drop is!! Really! Anyway I think JD Sport is an overrated high street outlet which doesn't know what it's doing.
