Did not know what they were doing when scoping the job. Then came up with excuses as to why the job

Did not know what they were doing when scoping the job. Then came up with excuses as to why the job couldn't be done (on the day they booked to do the job). Instead suggesting they send some around with underwater silicone to fix the skimmer box they were supposed to be replacing. Very disappointed with response. I have used NQ Water (who they previously traded under) for over 10 years. After what I heard and experienced this week, never returning to either business.

Unsure on what their services are like, however if you want your rightaway taken from you while driving by all means call these guys up! I witness twice today a staff member driving in the company car not looking right when entring two roundabouts twice both cars had to slam on their breaks and blast their horns. Might want to send this driver back to learners school! This could have been much worst if the other cars weren't paying attention, considering it was Australia Day.
