The current timetable is a joke - 50m pool only available between 8am and 1-2pm most days, when most people are at work. Only open one evening a week. Top class pool but not much use if you can never swim in it. This was a great place when it was open early mornings and evenings.

It's always a pleasure to swim at the AIS. The water is just the right temperature, the pools and facilities are clean and spotless and the staff are lovely. Just remember to check for opening times as they vary daily and remember to bring your swim cap!
