This is the ultimate hotel choice for us. Great location, staff are lovely and welcoming and this hotel really know how to cater for guests with dogs, right down to the local brochure of dog services, parks and dog friendly venues. Our stay at Mantra Pavilion makes us want to return to Wagga Wagga again. Thank you so much.

3/ 5

After checking in and finding the allocated room unsatisfactory, I asked if an alternative was available. The receptionist told me, with an abruptness bordering on rudeness, that the hotel was fully booked. So we were rather surprised when we had breakfast in the morning to find that there were only two other people in the breakfast room. But overall, the hotel is pleasant enough, and is well located if you wish to be near the town centre.

4/ 5

Great location in the centre of Wagga Wagga with short walks to multiple food shops, restaurants and services. Beds were comfy and quite clean room with a sofa bed which fits two people comfortably. The shower is big and really good however the bathroom is small. The hotel is dog friendly as well.

1/ 5

A rude, uppity young concierge proccesses my room, 204, one of thirteen available that night he says on the phone during my arduous check in with this young man. At check out an even ruder concierge, three bell rings and about 7 mins to see her, asks "was there any problems with the room, we are doing maintenance and we haven't gotten to that one". I don't mention to this rude concierge the broken toilet seat, I had already complained about that earlier that morning or the difficulties with the key. She then hands me a receipt and goes straight to another customer and takes his key and takes back a charger and ,then, onto another customer . After a further five minutes I ask if I can hand her my keys which I still have held out. Poky room, no WiFi, over priced and get the counter staff on the wrong day, the worst. Plenty of nice places to stay in Wagga Wagga. A stunning venue though worth the stay alone. On previous visits the bar and venue facilities are exceptional.
