Older hotel which has been renovated to help bring it back to life! Rooms were spacious and clean. You could however hear noise from the corridor and every time the lift operated. Overall, a positive stay!

Great hotel with delicious breakfast and good facilities but let down by a too soft bed that sagged

4/ 5

Great hotel with delicious breakfast and good facilities but let down by a too soft bed that sagged in the middle and at my hips and had no support. It wasn't comfortable. Other than the bed everything else was great. The brewery right across the road has dinner and a large range of beers.

Service, rooms , cleanliness. All outstanding. Parking is outside on-site, but not monitored. Lifts to accessible rooms. Very nice quiet rooms on x01 end. TV is quite small and in an awkward spot but we had our devices to watch our shows. Good restaurant and bar downstairs and breakfast was far better than the 5* hotel we were at before. Chef was very accommodating and friendly.

Nice Enough on arrival. Problems start when we get to the room. Dust everywhere, Uncomfortable Bed

1/ 5

Nice Enough on arrival. Problems start when we get to the room. Dust everywhere, Uncomfortable Bed with a solid Ridge in the middle, Stained towel. Complained to reception. Got laughed at by the receptionist. Bathroom looked like the toilet had only just been repaired. AC was almost impossible to get working properly. We had to clean the room before we did anything. I wouldn't risk your health!
